How do I obtain a replacement Degree Testamur?
If your degree testamur has been lost or destroyed you must complete a Statutory Declaration (PDF Format) and a replacement testamur form (PDF Format). The fee is AUD$50 for a general replacement or AUD$65 for change of name replacement. For further enquiries, contact Macquarie University Graduation Unit at:

As long as the details you have provided are correct, Macquarie University Library cards are normally available for Alumni within ten working days of submission of your application. If you have provided an email address in your application, the Library will email you regarding the process of issuing you with an Alumni Library Card. If you do not have access to email, please phone the Library on ph: 9850 7507 to check if your application has been processed.
Please note that applications can be delayed if there are outstanding fees on your student record - all outstanding fees must be paid before your application can be approved. If you are currently enrolled as a student, you already have access to the Library's facilities and do not need to apply for a library card. More details.
- How do I obtain access to the Library's EBSCO database?
This is easy – just fill out this online application form. We will confirm you are a graduate and provide you with a username and password by email.
- When do I receive my graduation merchandise?
If you have returned your merchandise order by the early bird date, your plaque will be available for collection from the Merchandise Tent (near the refreshments) on the day of your graduation. All plaque orders received after the early bird date and all videos, DVDs and handshake photographs will be posted to you approximately 3-4 weeks after the ceremony. These will be sent in separate packages, so you may not receive all your order on the same day. For any further queries, contact the providers outlined on our Merchandise page.
